Emberose Jewellery Pty Ltd (ABN 83 701 058 362) operates the Emberose Jewellery website and services. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Emberose Jewellery.

We collect information you give us when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, submit a contact or design enquiry, or otherwise communicate with us. How we use information

We use personal information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, create made-to-order and custom pieces, provide customer support, keep our records, protect against fraud and meet legal obligations.

Where you opt in to our newsletter, we may send you Emberose news, product updates and invitations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

Some service providers we use, including Shopify and payment providers, may store or process information outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers and protect your information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive financial information by email or through social media.
