Before your piece begins
A few things you may be wondering.
The feeling comes first. We hold the practical details clearly, so you can stay with the person, the moment and the piece taking shape.
When will my piece be ready?
Some pieces are already waiting for their person; others are made from the beginning around you. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 3 business days, made-to-order pieces usually take 3–5 weeks, and complete custom designs generally take 5–7 weeks. If you are holding a meaningful date close, tell us before ordering and we will let you know what may be possible.
How does an idea become an Emberose piece?
It often begins before there is a design — with a person, a moment, a reference or simply a feeling you want the piece to hold. Share what you have through our Design Studio. We will listen, refine the direction with you and arrange the right next step.
Is the price I see inclusive of GST?
Yes. Every website price is shown in Australian dollars and includes GST, so the value of your piece is clear from the beginning. Shipping, where applicable, is calculated separately at checkout.
How do I make sure my ring size is right?
A ring should feel as though it belongs there. We recommend having your finger professionally sized by a local jeweller before ordering, with our ring size guide as a thoughtful starting point. Ring sizing remains the customer’s responsibility, and Emberose does not currently offer resizing.
Where can my piece be delivered?
For now, Emberose pieces travel within Australia only. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with complimentary domestic shipping on orders over A$2,000. Every parcel requires a signature, because something this personal should arrive into your hands with care.
What if my plans change?
We understand that plans can shift. You may request cancellation within 3 days of ordering, unless the piece is a confirmed rush order. Once work has begun on a made-to-order or custom piece, changes may no longer be possible, so speak with us as soon as you can.
What if my piece is not quite right?
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned for change of mind within 7 days when they remain in their original condition. Made-to-order pieces are generally not refundable, although we may consider an exchange request made within 7 days. Every Emberose piece also carries our 12-month manufacturing-defect promise, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged.
